Kalau kita lihat tabloid atau majalah yg beredar saat ini, marak bertebaran dengan iklan konten untuk handphone seperti ringtones, wallpaper, lagu mp3, Video, tips sms, games dll. Dimana seorang dapat mendownload konten tsb dgn mengetik sms: REG MALING atau REG PENCURI atau suatu kode 1234567890 dlsb.
Namun berapa banyak yg kecewa dgn layanan itu, karena mereka belum mendapatkannya Pulsa mereka sudah TERPOTONG. Umumnya orang kurang teliti dengan syarat2 download konten tsb. Untuk berhasil ada beberapa faktor yg harus diperhatikan, misalnya tipe merk HP, Operator selluler, layanan gprs, konten providernya.
Salah satu link ini tidak beres/cocok jelas akan GAGAL proses downloadnya. Pulsa sudah terpotong konsumen gigit jari. Apalagi memang ada penyedia konten (content provider) yg NAKAL. Dengan menyembunyikan info2 tertentu. Dengan leluasa ‘memanfaatkan’ konsumennya untuk mengeduk uang. Terjadilah pemotongan pulsa yg terus terjadi sampai konsumen membatalkan pendaftarannya (UNREG).
Operator sendiri nampaknya menutup mata dan happy2 saja dg modus operandi ambil pulsa ini. Karena mereka tentunya dpt keuntungan juga dari para content provider. Seharusnya operator menjaga keamanan para pelanggannya.
Siapa yg mengawasi para content provider ini?
Operator selluler sendiri sering ‘memaksa’ pelanggannya untuk berlangganan fitur tertentu tanpa persetujuan dari pelanggannya, tapi kemudian memotong biaya perbulannya, promonya tarip bulan pertama gratis. Namun sering tidak disadari pelanggan.
Sampai kapan pelanggan selluler ‘dicuri’ pulsanya secara legal seperti ini, siapa yg melindungi hak para konsumen? Apakah pemerintah lewat Badan Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia juga mengawasi dan mengatur masalah ini. Betapa besarnya pendapatan uang ‘haram’ dari ‘pencurian’ ini?
Para operator di Indonesia (telkomsel, indosat, XL, mobile8, dll) hendaknya melindungi konsumennya. Please dong ah. kita orang bodoh tapi jangan dibodohin terus ah.

Special tribute to the legendary rock group LED ZEPPELIN. It seems just like yesterday when i heard that raunchy, coarse guitar sound of jimmy page on marshall tube amp or the j.page trademark bluesy riff, i was a teenager at that times listening to Deep Purple and Black Sabbath and grow up with the sound of the founder of today’s heavy metal rock scene.
Black dog, rock n roll, stairway to heaven, whole lotta love, moby dick, since i’ve been loving you, etc, are still good today as it was then. How i used to love turning up the volume. that were the day of long hair and tight jean.

Britney Spears begins to show for custody hearings

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Troubled pop star Britney Spears has begun showing up for custody hearings to regain access to her two children with ex-husband Kevin Federline, according to media reports on Tuesday.

The 26 year-old singer, who was barred from seeing her sons earlier this month after refusing to return them to Federline’s representatives after a weekend visit, turned up on Monday to give a deposition to her Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Her friend Sam Lutfi told celebrity TV show “Access Hollywood” on Tuesday that he expected her to show up for another court hearing on Wednesday where she will appear before a Los Angeles judge to ask for her visitation rights to be restored.

Kaplan told Web site People.com that getting Spears’ deposition has been an “emotionally difficult experience that has only just begun.”

”We are going over things that are very, very gut-wrenching,” he told People.com.

Spears has a spotty record with past deposition dates in the custody case over the couple’s sons, 1-year-old Jayden James and 2-year-old Sean Preston.

Spears lost custody last year after stints in rehab and a series of strange episodes including shaving her head, appearing in public without underwear, and attacking a car driven by paparazzi with an umbrella.

But she lost access to the boys after refusing to hand them over earlier this month. Police were called and paramedics had to take the distraught singer away on a stretcher. She was hospitalized for two days.

Kaplan is expected to grill Spears about past drug and alcohol use, her failure to comply with court orders and any other subject relating to her fitness as a parent.

He told People.com that Monday’s two hour hearing only worked through “two percent” of his questions and there will be more depositions. But he said he was heartened by the idea of having the meeting.

”She came for her deposition, that’s great. Showing up is form over substance,” he said.

Spears became a pop phenomenon nine years ago and enjoyed a brief comeback in October with her new single, “Game More,” and an album “Blackout” that hit No. 2 in the U.S. charts.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Eyes like Katie Holmes, the sultry pout of Angelina Jolie and a body like Jessica Biel make the perfect woman — at least in the opinion of plastic surgery patients in Beverly Hills.

The specific attributes of the three actresses topped the list of the annual “Hollywood’s Hottest Looks” survey released on Thursday by The Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.

According to doctors Richard Fleming and Toby Mayer their clients ask for plastic surgery not to look exactly like a specific star, but to replicate a distinct feature of various celebrity faces and bodies.

The most requested look-alike female nose was that of “Grey’s Anatomy” star Katherine Heigl, while actress Keira Knightley was tops in the cheek department, and Paris Hilton had the most sought-after skin.

The features most desired by men were Leonardo DiCaprio’s nose, footballer David Beckham’s body and the blue eyes of the latest James Bond actor, Daniel Craig. George Clooney’s cheeks and Matt Damon’s lips also got top billing.

”Our patients continue to turn to Hollywood to raise their standard of beauty,” said Fleming. “Our patients want to look rested, energetic and, most of all, youthful like the celebrities they see in glossy magazines.”

Zinedine Yazid Zidane was born in Marseilles, France on June 23, 1972. A son of Algerian immigrant. Popularly nicknamed as Zizou. He is the midfielder player of Juventus, Real Madrid and French national team.
His apprentice days was spent with Cannes and Bordeaux football club. Before moving on to Juventus to win Italian serie A scudetto and the Spanish la liga championship with Real Madrid.
He was the French captain when French won FIFA World Cup 98 and Euro 2000. He was appointed as world soccer player of the year for 3 times in 98, 2000 and 2003.
He is a true football artist, a maestro of soccer.
In world cup of 06 tournament, he had a slight accident with marco materazzi, the italian defender, where Zidane lost his temper and headbutt materazzi chest. No wonder, matterazzi being silly with his remarks, what a prick, he gets what he deserved.
Zidane will remain in the heart of soccer fans all over the world, and in the history of world football as same as the legendary Pele.
